These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FluxForce.ai website, products, and services (the "Services"), operated by FluxForce AI Pvt. Ltd. ("FluxForce", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
"Services" means the FluxForce.ai website, products, applications, and related offerings.
"You" or "User" means the person or entity accessing the Services.
"Content" means text, data, software, and other materials made available through the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
FluxForce provides AI agents and related software for security, fraud detection, compliance, and automation in regulated industries. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Specific commercial terms, service levels, and data processing arrangements for paid products are set out in a separate customer agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@fluxforce.ai of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to:
Use the Services unlawfully or in breach of these Terms
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services except as permitted by law
Upload malicious code or use the Services to infringe others' rights
The Services, including all software, text, and branding, are owned by FluxForce or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Where you have given consent or where the law otherwise permits, we may send you marketing and promotional communications about FluxForce. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing privacy@fluxforce.ai. Opting out of marketing does not affect your use of the Services. See the Privacy Policy for details on how we obtain consent and how you control these communications.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxForce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or where no payment was made, to a reasonable amount as determined by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold FluxForce harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in Chandigarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
